Barolo "Dagromis"

Dagromis is an expression of two great terroirs of Barolo: La Morra and Serralunga. The selected grapes from each vineyard undergo independent fermentation, maceration, and ageing in oak for 12 months. They are then blended and further aged in oak for another 18 months. In the final result, this ethereal yet full-bodied Barolo combines aromas of small red fruits, anise and wild fennel with intense floral and balsamic notes. The structure in the mouth is well defined, and it has outstanding ageing potential. It is an excellent wine to pair with first courses seasoned with tasty sauces, platters of well-matured cheeses, game, roasts, grilled and stewed meat.
