This is the freshest, youngest wine in the Pieropan family range. It is made entirely from fruit grown in their own vineyards situated in the Soave Classico zone and planted only with indigenous grape varieties (85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave). The wine is kept in glass-lined cement tanks to preserve freshness, but also on the fine lees so as to impart creaminess and complexity. It makes an excellent pairing for soups, vegetable-based starters, egg-based dishes and - perhaps most of all - seafood.

For over a century, the Pieropan family has revolutionized winemaking in Soave, becoming one of the most acclaimed Italian wine families. The Pieropan legacy began in the late 1800s when visionary winemaker Leonildo Pieropan purchased the historic Palazzo Pallucci in the medieval village of Soave. Today, Leonildo’s great-grandsons - Andrea and Dario - carry on the tradition. While considerably famous for their Soave Classico, the family has expanded its winemaking expertise to encompass the red wines of nearby Valpolicella, most notable with their Amarone “Vigna Garzon” the first organicaly certified wine of its kind.
