A serious amber colour for a serious wine. Rich on the nose, and in the mouth, with strong and complex structure. This is a meditative wine that requires time and - ideally - some quality food. It brings layers of aromas of candied peaches, roasted pumpkin, sweet rose and local walnuts. On the palate, it's both firm and juicy at the same time, with a rich taste in which floral notes alternate with spices and ripe white plum.

Bikicki’s Uncensored brought much attention to Serbia’s natural wine movement when it became the best rated Serbian wine in 2021, winning 96 points at the Decanter World Wine Awards. Located on the slopes of Mount Fruška Gora — a geologically unique area rich in minerals and nutrients, only 2 km from the Danube — Djordje Bikicki works closely with winemaker Oszkar Maurer to create low-intervention wines that reflect their philosophy of balance and elegance, and their shared desire to express the quality of fruit that the terroir gives to them naturally.
