An intensely coloured wine with an equally intense and deep aromatic profile. Along with an easily recognizable floral note, there is an abundance of ripe fruit, dark forest berries, blueberries, blackberries and ripe Požegača (local Serbian) plums. In the mouth, it is full, juicy, extraordinarily fresh and has high-quality, firm tannins, with intense aromas of ripe plum and rose petals, which linger on the palate for a long time.

Bikicki’s Uncensored brought much attention to Serbia’s natural wine movement when it became the best rated Serbian wine in 2021, winning 96 points at the Decanter World Wine Awards. Located on the slopes of Mount Fruška Gora — a geologically unique area rich in minerals and nutrients, only 2 km from the Danube — Djordje Bikicki works closely with winemaker Oszkar Maurer to create low-intervention wines that reflect their philosophy of balance and elegance, and their shared desire to express the quality of fruit that the terroir gives to them naturally.
