Sauvignon - Viognier "Triangl"
Although Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier are an unusual blend, in the hands of a talented winemaker they work very well together! To begin, however, the two varietals are separately harvested. Then, after long maceration and fermentation at lower temperatures, both wines are aged separately in 500 litre barrels for about a year. The final cuvée is created immediately before bottling. The final wine is in a perfect balance dominated by the aromas of ripe peach, apricot, mango, as well as finely melded, mild oak influences. The wine is creamy, fresh and complex.
Lastar
Lastar wines offer the power and richness of central Serbia’s Levač wine region in every glass. Located above the village of Sekurič, in sight of Juhor mountain and near the famous Imperial Road that linked Belgrade to Istanbul, the vineyards offer multiple sedentary layers dominated by clay. The family-owned winery comprises 26 hectares of vineyards on sunny, sloping hills. The crowning jewel is a single vineyard of Pinot Noir vines planted in 1976.
